a quote from Stephen Hawking
"I am quite often asked: How do you feel about having ALS? The answer is, not a lot."
If a pleading to which a responsive pleading is permitted is so vague or ambiguous that a party cannot reasonably be required to frame a responsive pleading, the party may move for a more definite statement before interposing a responsive pleading. Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(e).

Okay now that was funny. Almost as funny as how they portray him on Family Guy.
I loved the scene of he and his wife in bed. Oh. Baby. Yes.
Or when they are fighting? I think it is mostly the computer generated voices that make me laugh so much.
hey sam and mostidioticdumbassalive, read this article.

Thanks, that was a good read. I ordered A Brief History of Time last night; the wife and I are looking forward to reading it.
my dad got me a copy of that when i was in college (or maybe i just took his copy?). since i was taking some astronomy classes at the time, it seemed appropriate. too bad i still don't know what the hell string theory is, and there are some days when i forget how to understand relativity. good luck with the book.... it's worse than law school.
Anyone who was a robot that talks for him is way too freaking smart for me to even think about reading. I mean I have tried to read the evil Ulysses 3 times and always end up stopping at the same part, if I cannot finish that I doubt I stand a chance of reading SH. While I have heard people talk about string theory I certainly would not be able to wrap my tiny brain around it, it is strained far too hard but a few finals.
Change that first was to a has thanks. And I know its not a robot that talks for him, but it makes him sound more 3l373 that way.
