Property review

All of you who went home early really missed out. We reviewed property after Con Law for over three hours. Three hours of standing at the podium, writing endlessly on the chalkboard and trying to come up with something to say on the fly. The upside is that we covered estates, future interest – the whole shebang. Unfortunately so many people missed it that I think I’m going to have to give the same friggin’ talk again on Tuesday / Thursday.

I had four more rejections today, one of which came from Indiana.

Here’s the plan for reviewing: Most weeks we’ll review Con Law on Mondays and Fridays. If we’ve done something particularly interesting or difficult in property, we’ll cover that on an as needed basis.

This week we’re doing Con Law on Monday and the rule against perpetuities on Friday. Since so many people skipped Friday, I’m going to review possessory estates and basic future interests on Tuesday after Torts then on Friday we’ll cover the rest of future interests and executory estates.

As always, everyone is welcome to come, though someone has to volunteer to take the 5th floor conference room (right next to our torts class) before Patrick and JP take it. P-man, I’m talking to you.
