12(e): and they're off

I finished all of my applications/resume mailing. 80 by mail and 12 online. Now begins the waiting, then the throwing away of rejection letters.

I'm amazed I'm not sick after licking so many friggin' envelopes. I can still taste them.

Considering it's February, I'm a 1L, I go to STCL and the fact that half of the apps are going out of state, I'm being totally serious when I say that I doubt I'll get a job at one of these firms.

I will bet you $1 (one dollar) that I will not get a job this summer at any of the firms to which I have thus far mailed a resume.
